The Senator Representing Adamawa Central Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Aminu Iya Abbas has congratulated the new Executive Members of People’s Democratic Party PDP, over their election to run the affairs of the party in the 21 local government areas across the state.

In statement through AIA Media Office in Yola, Aminu Iya Abbas described the local government congress of the party which took place at the respective LGA’s of the state as peaceful and commendable.

Senator Abbas, further saluted all the PDP members for their commitment which ensured one of the most peaceful congress across the local government areas.

The lawmaker described the way and manner in which PDP congress committee and the state leadership of the party conducted the local government congresses as commendable, adding that it is a prove that the party is intact and well organized.

Aminu Iya Abbas charged them to live up to the expectations and ensure that they have justify the confidence reposed in them the party members by working towards another victory of the party in the state come 2027.

While wishing them a successful tenure in office, the Senator reaffirmed his commitment towards ensuring the success of the party under the leadership of Governor Ahmadu Umaru
