APC Youths Organize Free Medical Outreach in Adamawa to Mark Nigeria’s 65th Independence Anniversary

As part of activities marking Nigeria’s 65th Independence Anniversary, the Amalgamation of APC Youth Organizations of Adamawa State has organized a Free Medical Outreach to provide healthcare support to residents, particularly the less privileged.
The outreach, which took place at Aliyu Mustapha College in Yola, recorded a massive turnout of beneficiaries who received free medical consultations, medical check, drugs, and health advice from a team of professional Doctors, Nurses and Lab Scientists among other medical personnel.
The initiative was organized under the auspices of Malam Nuhu Ribadu, mni, CON, the National Security Adviser to the President, and Comrade Mustapha Salihu, PhD, Esq, the APC National Vice Chairman (Northeast), who is widely regarded as the Grand Commander of the Youth of Adamawa State.
Speaking during the event, the Chairman of the Amalgamation, Comrade Muhammad Ahmad Marafa, said the medical outreach was designed to give back to society and support those in need, especially at a time when many families face economic challenges.
> “This initiative is our way of celebrating Nigeria’s independence by touching lives and showing that good governance includes care for the health and welfare of the people,” Marafa stated.
“We are targeting about 500 patients in Yola South, and similar exercises will be extended to the southern and northern parts of the state. A similar program was recently held in Jimeta with remarkable success.”
Beneficiaries of the outreach expressed their gratitude to the organizers and sponsors for bringing medical care closer to the people. Aisha Usman, one of the patients, said the initiative came at the right time, while Abdullahi, a father who attended with his twin children, praised Comrade Mustapha Salihu and the youth groups for their continued commitment to community service.
The outreach offered services such as general consultations, minor treatments, drug distribution, and health sensitization sessions. Organizers noted that the program aligns with the broader vision of promoting social welfare and community development under the APC-led government.
